All of my note pads come with an ink pen, the 3x3 and 4x6 all come with a mini pen, and the Ju legal pads will come with a full-size pen with matching paper inside. All of these can be refilled, however the jr legal pads will be the easiest to do as they will have a pocket to add the pad to.
